The Decision to Join an IoPT Training
Committing to IoPT training is a commitment to yourself. The processes involved in the practical work can be an intense emotional experience, and it is important to have sufficient resources in place and allow for periods of rest between modules, during which personal work can be integrated.
Becoming an IoPT Practitioner
With the development of IoPT, Dr. Prof. Franz Ruppert has broken down the very complex dynamics of trauma and its effect on the human psyche into a simple, clear theory that enables one to easily understand trauma.
At the same time, both trauma and IoPT theory are complex and multi-layered. It takes a good few years working with the theory, the method and one's own psyche to gain a good understanding of self-encounters and the psychological aspects that are revealed in them.
IoPT therapists and practitioners bear a serious responsibility in their work with traumatized people.
The competence of the IoPT practitioner develops hand in hand with one's own personal work and a dedication to understanding what trauma is and how it alters the psyche. Facilitating self-encounters is an art of its own and requires a great deal of clarity and sensitivity on the part of the practitioner, These are qualities that develop slowly over a period of years, Depending on your previous experience, it is therefore advisable to allow yourself at least two years of intensive work and exposure to the theory and method before setting up practice.

My Work with IoPT
My understanding of IoPT theory and the Intention Method has grown intrinsically over the years through my personal work and my work with clients. This, paired with nearly 6 consecutive years of intensive study spent in IoPT trainings with some of the most experienced IoPT professionals, is the foundation from which my training is offered.
My work with the theory and method follows the logic and integrity of IoPT itself. In my groups, I share my passion for the work with those to whom it speaks as a tool for developing one's autonomy, exploring and gaining clarity about one's own identity, stepping out of perpetrator-victim dynamics, and for living as the unique human being one truly is.
I am licensed by Franz Ruppert's Institute for Further Education and Training/Practice for Psychotherapy, to offer trainings in IoPT.

International Basic IoPT Online Education
in 8 Modules
Starting June 18th, 2025
The training is for anyone seeking to gain a better understanding of themselves and may serve as a foundation to becoming an IoPT practitioner.
In eight modules of 4 half-days each we will cover the principles of IoPT theory as defined and developed by its founder, Prof. Dr. Franz Ruppert, through lecture, discussion and practical work.
The practical, experiential work makes up a large part of each module and serves to develop and anchor participants' understanding of the theory and the Intention Method.
Upon registration/deposit, participants will receive a literature list with recommended reading to accompany the training.
Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the program.

Timings
Wednesdays, 5-9 pm CET
Thursdays, 5-9 pm CET
Ending times are approximate and may vary based on the flow of each day's work. The timings allow participation of students in different time zones.
Fee: 2000 Euro (+ 3 % if paying by credit card or Klarna)
Payable upfront or in installments of 250 Euro per module
Deposit: Spaces are binding following a deposit of 250 Euro.

Enrollment Requirement
The course is open to anyone who is familiar with IoPT work and has taken part in at least one of my IoPT groups. Please contact me if you are interested in the program, but have not yet experienced my work.

You can apply to be added to the course list by email. Please give a short introduction of yourself, your IoPT background and why you want to join the training.
Your space will be reserved, but only becomes binding after signing the course contract and making a deposit of 250 Euro. Reserved spaces may be given to other enrollees if contract and payment have not been finalized once course is full.
Cancellation
Six weeks prior to start of first module: full refund.
Two weeks prior to start of first module: 50% refund
No cancellations after this date. Payments made may be applied to other courses and workshops.
The course is offered as a package only. No price adjustments will be made for missed modules.

Deepen your Understanding of IoPT
The training is desinged for ongoing and practicing IoPT practitioners as an opportunity to gain further experience and a deeper understanding of IoPT theory and practice.

Saturdays, 2:30-10 pm CET
Sundays, 2:30-9:30 pm CET
Schedule includes a longer break for meals of approximately 1 hour per day.

Supervision opportunities provided in modules 9-12.
Students are required to write a thesis on an IoPT topic of their choice for completion of the program.
Upon enrollment, participants will receive a literature list with recommended reading to accompany the training.

Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the program.
