Workshop series: What am I feeling?
Recognizing the difference between survival feelings and deep trauma emotions. Which ones are actually healing, and which serve to hold splits in place?
I will present some IoPT theory and discussion on healthy emotions vs. survivial feelings, followed by group discussion and 2 self-encounters.

Who am I as a Woman?
Join this small consistent group for women to explore your identity on topics such as (but not limited to) relationships and sexuality, as well as pregnancy, birth and the desire to have children.
Mondays, 7-9:15 pm CET
Individual support online or in person.
- Book a self-encounter in an idividual setting in which you resonate your intention yourself, or
- Book a consulation session for extra support before or after your self-encounter.
